"Bernice and Shiping assisted in my project from mid Dec 2021 to March 2022. Despite covid and CNY, they still managed to exceed my expectations in my timeline. Bernice is a great project manager and answered all questions patiently and professionally. She also managed the timeline so well that I was able to move in before the expected handover date. Shiping helped with my design and gave great ideas on colour combination and styling of rooms. They are so detailed oriented that work was done really well from carpentry to plumbing to painting and electrical. "Recently completed my 5-room flat renovation with ZXDesign, and could not be happier with the overall experience and the renovation outcome. I highly recommend everyone to seek out Bernice, their lead designer, for their renovation journey. (Doesn't hurt to get an additional quotation / input before committing!) What made the entire project and experience fantastic was because of Bernice's philosophy of: 1) Design - She is very much in love with beautiful designs and making sure your home becomes a place you look forward to coming back every day. She is also able to achieve a wonderful balance between design and practicality, and frequently advises us to avoid the 'look good' but totally not practical styles (after all, a home is for living in!) 2) Communication - Bernice is extremely responsive and is always contactable for the homeowner. She also does a brilliant job of maintaining a proper renovation schedule, and keeping the homeowner updated of the progress, which helps keep the anxiousness at bay!
